Booked in February for an end of April seminar and surprised to find that the bill arrived almost by return email, requiring full payment for the room, miles in advance of the actual seminar date. Sadly had to cancel due to ill health and was hounded for payment - even on my personal mobile at 07.45 AM even though I never saw the room, used the room or went to Norwich. I'm sure it's very nice, but beware of the booking conditions.

Food’s really nice so are the milkshakes the women was really nice makes you feel at home lovely place to go to make sure to check it
