No place to park,they have anpr cameras in the car park and sign says permit holders only

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional - Especially Paul on site. Deposit was returned to as promised upon completion of my lease. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start or progress a business in Northampton.

Avoid , been there over a year , units are getting flooded , rains trough the roof and they never fix it , no air or natural light in most of the units , on the coridor puddles everywhere and it smells, toilets they never been clean , not to mention that is not secure at all , randomers walk around and try the door handle to see if someone is in , when you want to leave because all the above are not fixed they being harassing and they hold your deposit
