I was previously a tenant at Oxford House and I was thrilled when the studio came up at Billing Road! I can’t recommend Square Feet enough for any small business. The building is well maintained and the facilities are second to none! It is great to be a part of the community with such a wide range of expertise and support.

I have been a tenant at Square Feet since September 2020. When I first viewed the office space, Tom could not have been more accommodating. As this was the first office that I had rented, I had so many questions, but Tom answered them all and made me feel very at ease with the process. The building itself is beautiful and has a really nice feel to it, in fact this was the only office I viewed as I knew it was perfect for my business as soon as I saw it and the fact that it has dedicated fibre lease line internet was also a key factor for my business. You couldn’t ask for better landlords than Tom and Becky, they really do care about their tenants and are so helpful. They even helped move my furniture upstairs when I moved to a larger office. If you are looking for office space within Northampton or Daventry, I can’t recommend Square Feet highly enough.

A proper little hive of unique small businesses here at Billing Road, everyone doing something different. It's a great place to work from and a joy to come to, not just on a Monday but every work day. Tom & Becky are personable, and nothing is too much trouble, not like a lot of faceless co-work/ office spaces. The biscuits are stacked high, and the coffee is fresh. We love it here, and so does Carson our office dog!
