pleasant space with cafe, nice entrance and large area allocated to internet acess with a microfilm acess system!! theres also an area for just sitting, but while i was there i overheard multiple customers voice frustration that there are so few books in the library.

The facade of this building is breathtaking, this is one of many Passmore Edward Education Centres in Devon and Cornwall. The foundation stone was laid in 1903. No expense was spared on the unique architecture. Inside is a delightful cafe having sensible prices, immerse yourself in history whilst drinking your beverage.
