Had a very positive experience with the Wizu Team at Portland House, Paula and Lynsey were amazing, an asset to the team! I used it as a virtual office address with mail forwarding both by email and postal, never skipped a beat, and couldn't fault them. Didn't use the facilities, but I popped my head in once and was very impressed. Great functionality and modern too. Would highly recommend.

We regularly use the Wizu Portland House facilities for group meetings. The facilities are first class, matched with an exceptional level of service. I'd highly recommend the facilities for visiting third parties alongside the managed office units.

The best coworking space in NCL, either for long-term use or just somewhere to escape for the day. A conveniently located and modern space with everything you need, but best of all are the staff, Lynsey, Paula and Jade who are always on hand to help and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Fantastic place to work. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Good atmosphere and a variety of work setups. Plenty to watch out of the window when you're taking a break, and perfectly placed in the city centre.

At WIZU - Portland House, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Wizu.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Wizu, who is more than happy to help out.
