Possibly the newest business to the building and been in 1 month. Our office is exactly what we need, professional, clean and modern. The Orega Team have been amazing with us, nothing is too much trouble (no matter how much we pester them). Like other reviews, this is perfectly located for travel. Our colleagues are up and down the country as well as having a need to invite our customers to see us. The meeting rooms and facilities to host customers are second to none. We would highly recommend Orega to anyone needing space in Newcastle City Centre.

Just moved the Ramboll Newcastle Team into the Orega serviced office suites on the 7th May 2025. Excellent location 5 minutes walk from Central Station for rail/Metro, bus and parking again within easy walking. Office environment is modern, bright and refreshing, superfast internet connection, bright well maintained office suites of various sizes and excellent common kitchen and breakout areas. Coffee machine is a hit with the Ramboll team for sure. Orega staff have been brilliant helping to make the move as smooth as possible, thank you to Jen and Will Orega's management for St James Gate.

We have been here a full year now! This office suits us perfectly. It's in a great location, making it easy for us and our wider UK team to travel up and down the country.
