The smallest of our hubs, Haylofts is home to 20 high-spec office spaces across two floors, six unique meeting rooms, and a bleacher style auditorium suitable for up-to 50 people. We have a complimentary bean-to-cup coffee machine, which stocks the best of Tynemouth Coffee Co's roasts.

Great venue and people..Louise was very helpful as organiser and so to was staff.. I had my Exhibition here in the Redrum and a collaboration with my husband in the Auditorium also collaboration with Louise who led a workshop as part of the late shows I would highly recommend the venue for the rooms facilities and a beautiful modern converted building

Fab venue close to parking in the centre of town. Loads of character and a lovely warm welcome. I spoke at a podcasting event here and will definitely be back to try the Co-working space

We have rented from Haylofts since March 2021 and I can say wholeheartedly, this is the best office space I have rented in Newcastle. I have worked in Newcastle for 8 years and been in various spaces, but none come close! Visually, the space is exciting and modern with communal area's that are unmatched. Always kept clean and tidy by the brilliant cleaning staff too! I think what I appreciate most about Haylofts is the service we have received. We are a business who rely heavily on Wi-Fi and telephones and have never had an issue with either. For us, this is invaluable. Furthermore, the staff are incredible. Always super friendly and able to help whatever your query. We have grown close with a lot of the staff here over the years and it really adds to the overall experience. Location is great too. Close to public transport links for visitors and some great places to eat and drink after work! Literally can't recommend enough!!

Super quirky place to work, with many local amenities, in a central location.
At Haylofts, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HyHubs.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
