What a gem of a place. It was clean, easy to find and the resources were perfect. This will be my go to place for meetings in Newcastle going forward. 5 mins from the train station and in a quiet location. As for the greeting, it was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for looking after me, I will be back.

I cannot recommend this place enough as a base to run your company from. The location is excellent and very central. Li and the other staff members respond quickly and are always there to help with any queries you may have. It was a real pleasure to use this place as the registration address for my company, and I will most certainly use them again if I decide to register a business in the North East.

Fantastic service from Li. I started using Clavering a few months after starting my business and the admin support she has given by acting as our telephone answering service and the kindness shown to my clients has been unbelievable. I've also used the meeting room facilities at Clavering on a number of occasions and found them to be first class. Lovely old building, and lovely staff.

Clavering House was an excellent venue for our client meeting. The staff made sure the day ran smoothly and that we did not have to worry about logistics. Additionally the staff are super friendly and they have a great lunch selection that you can pre-order.

I booked the Board room and the Training room for group meetings and although I did not personally attend, the feedback from my colleagues was outstanding. When conversing with the Clavering team, specifically Li, the response time was quick and all queries (including dietary requirements) were dealt with in a proficient manner. The food provided was delicious and we will definitely be booking in at the Clavering House for any future meetings!
