We engaged JUMP to support us with our marketing at a point where we wanted to take a more strategic and joined‑up approach. They began with an in‑depth strategy phase, taking the time to properly understand our organisation, our purpose and the challenges we face. This resulted in a comprehensive marketing strategy that clearly aligned with our wider organisational objectives. We are now in the implementation phase of that strategy and are already seeing positive signs, particularly through increased website traffic and improved social media engagement. While we know this is longer‑term work, these early results are encouraging. JUMP are attentive, responsive, easy to work with, and they bring creative thinking to discussions. Overall, JUMP have provided both strategic clarity and practical support, and we value their thoughtful, collaborative approach.

The brilliant team at JUMP created our new website recently. Throughout the process, JUMP offered creative insight and expertise while thoughtfully tailoring the design to our brand values. From providing a thorough and considered proposal to presenting the wireframe, designing the site and offering practical support, the team have gone above and beyond at every stage. All members of the team responded quickly and efficiently to any queries, and the development process was exceptionally smooth. We are so proud of the new website, which is exactly what we'd envisioned, and highly recommend JUMP for any branding, digital and design projects. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
