Updated review Would be zero!!!! Staff Alex and Jack both brilliant ni complaints. HOWEVER AVOID REGUS as a company they are a disgrace and quite frankly crooks! My contract finished end of July and still waiting for my deposit to be returned! They charge a restoration fee to clean the desk at the end of the contract ( its in the contract hidden away) of £42 for a 2sq m desk which the cleaner refused to clean during my 2 yrs as it was personal space! I was the only one who cleaned the desk. They then illegally took a second charge from my account without notice or permission and used this mistake as the reason why my deposit wasnt returned as the account was not clear! Complained and escalated but they are refusing to process the refund until October 5th and holding my money for 10 weeks! Getting hold of customer services is impossible and advised today by the area mgr that only the global CEO can authorise "early payment" its not early its 8 weeks overdue. Alex and Jack at branch level are great but Regus are a bunch of crooks. AVOID at all costs! *****Original review ********* I needed an alternative to home working and have started working at Regus Newbury. Great facilities, large designated desk, friendly very helpful staff and a good fair price. Pretty much exactly what I wanted.

Very friendly and efficient staff, well connected location right in the town centre. I have been using this Regus location for almost 2 years. I’d definitely recommend using their space. Alex & Daria at the front office are absolutely amazing, good job guys!

I have been using the Newbury Regus office for the past 2 years. It is very well managed by Alex, supported by Daria. It provides all that you require, plus I find the great benefit in being able to use the Regus network of business lounges. Using an office such as this beats home working, it is good to be able to connect with others and benefit from all the facilities.
