Wow, this workspace is amazing, very tranquil with some beautiful scenery and wildlife. Not to mention the amazing workspace, with excellent WiFi, plenty of fantastic views, the amazing Tea Enthusiasts Tea and more! Close to Durham, with a remote feel. Thanks for a great experience 👍

Stumbled upon this little gem simply looking at Google Maps! Myself and a friend hired one of the private rooms for the day. The location is wonderful - so easy to get to, plenty of parking and excellent access to local walks. Beautiful grounds, so much wildlife too and so quiet! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Excellent facilities, free coffee and tea, a huge range of tea at that! Was a really enjoyable day and will definitely be back to work here again.
Lovely, welcoming space that provides a nice change of scenery from working at home. Calm and pleasant surroundings, great kitchen facilities, and very nice tea provided! Some nice cafes within 5-10 minutes drive if you want to pop out for lunch.
The co-working day is set up to provide the perfect level of quiet concentration for getting things done, and short periods of group interaction (and option to eat lunch together) so that you can feel part of a team work day. You can go on a short walk (alone or with others) in the beautiful countryside after lunch if that helps reset your brain and body for the afternoon. Sometimes there is even a special canine greeter, to make you feel even more welcome.

Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Durham Woodland.
