Spent today Hot Desking in West Bar working through a project with a friend. This was a great day. I find many co-working places are very similar, they tend to be modern and lacking in soul but they are generally very functional, (a little bit like having an office in meadowhall) these kind of places don't suit my working process, I need to feel settled in my work space and West Bar feels different. Desk Space have done a great job of creating furniture and work spaces that are modern and intuitive but I think the biggest success is the fact that history of the building is still in every room, with original features everywhere. The bright, airy rooms provide a great working atmosphere. This morning was one of my most productive, I felt ready to get on it as soon as I sat down. I think the harmony of old and new works really well here and I felt a real sense of ease. Some co working spaces I feel can be very hectic and overwhelming, this place is calm, contemporary with a real sense of history. If you need desk space I would recommend taking a look, particularly if you are not after the standard look and feel of many of the co working spaces.

Great co-working atmosphere and facilities available. Perfect for short term desk renting in a secure building. Thoroughly enjoyed renting my desk there, the people running the building are really friendly and helpful (Neil and Connor just to mention a few!). Would absolutely recommend!

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Desk.Space.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Desk.Space, who is more than happy to help out.
