I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know what they're paying for. I enrolled in the Learn Forex course expecting to learn a trading skill that I could use independently with any platform or broker. Instead, I found that the course is heavily centred around the SmartCharts platform. If you stop using their platform, much of what you learn loses its value. The educational content itself was surprisingly basic. Topics such as support and resistance, moving averages and other beginner concepts were presented as if they were premium material. For a course costing £930, I expected far more depth, practical strategies and genuine trading education. Another thing that disappointed me was the constant focus on selling additional products and services throughout the course. At times, it felt like the real objective was to move attendees towards more expensive programmes rather than to teach them how to become independent traders. My experience with customer service also changed completely once I requested a refund. Before purchasing, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. After I explained why I was unhappy with the course and asked for a refund, my concerns were not addressed. Instead, I received what appeared to be a standard reply referring to their cancellation policy, without responding to the issues I had actually raised about the quality of the course. If you're considering this course, do your research carefully and read both the positive and negative reviews before spending your money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
