It’s very good
James was great on reception very attentive and helpful
I've stayed in a few easy hotels and I kinda thought they were all the same, but I was wrong! Above the comfy bed, clean rooms, good shower and nice smelling shower stuff, the thing that set this place apart was the staff - every single person was fantastic! Particularly James, who gave us extra pillows with a smile at 1am (because my back was sore from standing at a concert) and was still smiling in the morning, the lovely lady who checked us in and the friendly (and very professional) handyman who checked over our aircon when we arrived - every person we met was a credit to the hotel.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I needed a hotel close by to get to an event, and this one was reasonably well priced. It’s also not far from the station, which was very much needed. The staff were very friendly, particularly Klaudia and James! She was so welcoming, and her nails were TEA! James also a lovely gentleman and kindly offered a discount if I booked again. Would definitely come again x

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Let Ready.

With a monthly membership, Norfolk House offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
