Established in the 80s, the space was purpose-built as an incubator for small businesses and has been designed with collaboration in mind. The large glazed central atrium floods the centre with daylight and creates a top breakout area for informal meetings and networking with other businesses. With an on-site café, an ideal location with excellent transport links and plenty of free parking, our workspace is ready to go - all that’s missing is you.

. Four years of loyalty, punished over a 7-day notice slip — avoid at all cost. We’ve been tenants here for nearly four years, always on one-year contracts renewed annually. From the outset we were crystal clear that we wanted a one-year term, renewed each year — nothing more. Because of overlapping annual leave on both sides, our notice went in one week late. Despite our long, reliable tenancy, management refused any flexibility and insisted on auto-renewing us for a further full year. In my view, this is a punitive, gotcha approach to renewals — not a partnership. It felt like being held to ransom over seven days, which is not what I expect from a premium serviced office provider. We tried to reach a reasonable compromise; they wouldn’t budge. The experience isn’t matched by the facilities either. The toilets were often in poor condition, and the cafeteria is basic — not exactly high-end cappuccinos or the kind of coffee/barista setup you’d expect. As a seasoned entrepreneur, I’m dismayed by how this was handled. If you value fair dealing and professionalism, look elsewhere.
