• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Commerce House may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at 1 Exchange Square? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, 1 Exchange Square has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  With a monthly membership, 1 Exchange Square offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only. 

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Commerce House.
