Do not rent an office in this building. They continually put the rates up and when you try to leave they charge you an extortionate amount for so called ‘restoration fees’. When we left, the office was left immaculate with pictures to prove it. We didn’t hang anything on the walls so they were spotless as well. Very disappointing experience and would recommend anyone looking for an office space tries somewhere where they treat their tenants properly!

Called for the first time to speak to the receptionist for some information about their Regus Spinningfields and she hung up the phone on me, called again thinking it was a mistake and she hung up again less than a minute after hearing my voice, when i tried again it went into voicemail. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, i couldn't it and i was calling on behalf of my company for something important.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve sampled quite a few of the offices and they’re always up to standard.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
