Paulina was absolutely amazing from start to finish through our process, made us feel so comfortable and was so professional and helpful from start to finish.
I have been renting this flat for a little over a year. During this time, I have had three different property managers. Unfortunately, the first two managers were not particularly supportive and often made promises that were not followed through with meaningful action. As a result, several outstanding issues remained unresolved for many months. Lauren, however, has demonstrated a completely different and professional approach. Tasks that had been pending for several months were addressed and completed within a short period after she took over management of the property. I am grateful for the high level of support and communication Lauren has provided, which has made a significant positive difference to my experience as a tenant. I hope that Lauren will continue as my property manager, as the consistency and reliability of service she provides are highly valued.

I recently viewed a number of apartments at The Railings and, after viewing A LOT of other developments around Manchester and Salford, was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked into the first one - the apartment layouts are so spacious, with beautiful new kitchen and bathroom fits and the way that the windows/balconies are placed means the flat gets so much natural light - I decided to put an offer in the very same day! Special shout out to Max who showed me round - nothing was too much trouble and he was super knowledgable, friendly and welcoming!! Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Redefined.
