I recently started renting with Reside, and while their process is quite methodical, they’ve been an amazing team to work with. I really like that you’re assigned specific people to your property, so you always know who to contact. My property manager, Lauren, has been nothing but amazing. She responds quickly and has helped me sort out most of the little inconveniences I’ve had over the past month. So yes, I’d definitely recommend Reside and hopefully Lauren is your property manager too 🤲🤭
Reside have been a great letting agency throughout my tenancy. Admittedly, there were a number of issues with the property which over time needed resolving however I have been impressed with the professionalism and level of service throughout, especially from Lauren Richardson, who has always responded promptly and strived to get things sorted. Communication has consistently been clear and helpful, being dealt with professionally.
having Lauren as a property manager makes life so much easier, she’s on the ball with her emails and getting things chased up, things that have taken months with other people have literally been resolved within a few days with her, she was also the property manager for my first flat in manchester back in 2024 and was just as good then when we experienced issues!
Syeda has been amazing, I have been renting here since February this year and we have had a few different property managers and Syeda has been the best, she’s so attentive and gets maintenance issues sorted very quickly

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Redefined.
