I bought a flat that was advertised with Reside and they were great throughout. Esther was great at communicating with the solicitors on both sides while ensuring I was kept in the loop and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying or selling with Reside!
I rented with Reside Manchester for a year and a half, and my experience was consistently positive thanks to two exceptional people: Abigail Stephens and Lauren Richardson. For the first year, Abigail was my main point of contact, and she was honestly a little goddess. Her communication was always clear, responsive, and genuinely caring. She understood me, respected my preferences, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She was flexible and thoughtful, especially in ensuring maintenance or inspections only happened when I was present, which I really appreciated. She truly wanted me to have the best possible experience, and it showed every single time. I wish her all the best! For the last six months, Lauren took over and continued that same level of care. She made sure my stay remained smooth and stress‑free, and I always felt supported. For full transparency, there were a couple of administrative hiccups at the very beginning with the transition of bills from the previous tenants, but I believe that was mainly due to a lack of information provided to the agency at exit. At the end of my tenancy, the deposit holder didn’t have my details to process the return straight away, but once I contacted them, everything was resolved quickly. Any other issues I encountered during my stay were related to the building management, not Reside. If I go back to renting, I would consider Reside again thanks to Abigail and Lauren. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Redefined.
