I cannot thank Lauren Richardson enough for her incredible support with a recent issue in my flat. Despite the immense pressure of the holiday season, she remained fully committed to resolving the problem. When a contractor initially tried to downplay my concerns, Lauren stood by me and ensured my voice was heard. Would much rather threaten to take large amount’s of money out from your deposit with no legal basis, than pay £8.50 to rectify their own error. Maintenance issues are also sorted slower than you’d expect.
