I called to enquire about a day pass as I just wanted a space to work on the weekend. Google shows the location as open on Saturdays, so I had no reason to think otherwise. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude from the moment he picked up sighing, being sarcastic, and repeatedly making comments like “it’s the weekend” and “it’s a co-working space,” even after I explained that Google shows they’re open. I was polite and simply asking about a day pass, yet his tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. I called the official 0161 number, not a mobile, so how could I have known they were closed when their online information says otherwise? Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
