Great workspace in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making it a great place to work. The reception team are always friendly and welcoming, especially Zara, who is consistently helpful and professional. The workspace is clean and well maintained, and any requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’d happily recommend Spaces Deansgate to anyone looking for a flexible workspace.

Zara and Amy are very helpful and welcoming each and everyday. Spaces deansgate is the place to work from for meeting rooms and breakout areas, clean and tidy all the time

Me and my brother enjoy working here and having our office based here. The facilities are nice and the reception team Amy and Zara are always super friendly and helpful. Having this office has helped us push our business forward and they always have options to upgrade to bigger offices when you need it.

AVOID this disgusting IWG group : Regus, HQ offices, Spaces!!! Spaces Deansgate/IWG behaved with total incompetence, nasty arrogance & dishonesty, verging on theft I feel, deceitfully robbing us of 2 more monthly payments after move out, including their infamous "restoration charges" which they immorally claim means they insist on charging you over £1,000 to allegedly redecorate HA HA your depressing little office room when you move out after a few months, even though you left the room in first class condition. Their grubby, money-grabbing hands also took money from our bank account for an unlimited monthly drinks plan we never even signed up for!! The staff at Deansgate were so two faced and ignore you without even a hello once they've got your money. So "friendly" before signing contracts. WiFi is also virtually useless so we had to buy our own. We had to deal with consistently clueless, useless, rude african call centre staff in their zero customer service dept. All communal lounge and desk working areas are disturbingly pumped 24/7 with some hideous chemical air "freshener" that caused us health problems and there are no windows that open or any normal ventilation. The toilets remained filthy most of the time, no working water ; tap sensors faulty for months and just left that way. Kitchens so dirty. Cleaners either mostly absent or useless. Stains and spills left for days in corridors before cleaned. There was no hot water in the showers or toilets after 6pm a lot of the time so their many empty offices and miserly cost cutting + immoral, unjustified, possibly illegal charges suggest they might be having financial difficulties I would guess. Staff seem to have arrogant, condescending attitude to clients based on our and others experiences we heard. And we heard of two former companies who had their electronic entry card doors blocked and made inaccessible during payment disputes, forcing the companies to move, so they also appear to favour illegal evictions and miss-use of tec with no notice and the companies are taking them to court for that & unlawfully taking money out of their accounts, like they did with us. I feel these people are immoral rogues who hopefully will be dealt with strictly by the authorities. I still have nightmares and shudder in disgust every time I think about them & their hideous oppressive building & business practices. STAY WELL AWAY OR I FEEL YOU WILL TOTALLY REGRET IT

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
