  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Colony may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Colony - Jactin House provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Colony.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Colony - Jactin House? How about for a day or a month?

  At Colony - Jactin House, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are available. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
