I love it here! The facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to work without feeling too corporate. I had such a great experience here—the space itself is fantastic. It’s thoughtfully designed, welcoming, and really comfortable to spend time in. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating an environment that feels both functional and inviting. What really stood out, though, was how helpful Dom and Charlotte were throughout. They were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their support made the whole experience even better and genuinely enjoyable.

I've been a member at Colony Fabrica for a few years now, having tried other co-working spaces in Manchester before settling here. It's a clear step above. The space is well thought out, and the atmosphere is just right for getting work done. What really sets it apart is the staff. Charlotte has been brilliant since the very beginning, and Dominic has been a great addition to the team. They genuinely care about making the space work well for everyone.
