Very disappointing experience. The reception service is extremely poor. Reception is supposed to be open until 5:00 PM, but the receptionist every day leaves around 4:30 PM and locks the main entrance, even though the advertised opening hours haven't finished. To make matters worse, all of the toilets are also locked by them, leaving tenants and visitors without access to basic facilities during business hours. Unfortunately, both receptionists have been rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They speak to people in an unpleasant manner. I genuinely don't understand how customer service can be this poor in a building where so many businesses rent office space. If you're considering renting an office here, I'd think twice. The reception staff create a very negative first impression for the entire building. Management should seriously address these issues.

I am a client at this BizzSpace location, and I had a very disappointing experience with the building manager, “Claudette”. I needed assistance regarding the parking facilities and had a simple question. Unfortunately, the building administrator was not at work, so I approached Claudette for help. Instead of receiving professional customer service, I was spoken to in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I was genuinely shocked that someone in a management position could treat a client this way. I only asked for assistance, but I was met with hostility rather than support. Customer service should always be respectful, especially from someone representing the building. I sincerely hope BizzSpace investigates this matter, as I believe this behaviour does not reflect the standards clients should expect. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe this incident should be reported and addressed to ensure other clients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve

Our boiler was broken when the office returned after the Christmas break - Lorraine and Claudette acted so quickly and professionally and had a new boiler installed in 2 days - great service
