Really enjoy working from Colony Offices in Manchester. The building is modern and well kept, the location is ideal, and the amenities make day-to-day work easy. Sam and Gemma are both lovely and always helpful, which makes a big difference. Overall, a great place to base yourself.

Great office space to work in, managed by a wonderful reception team, Sam, Gemma and Ross & Dom!!! always feeding us :-), sorting out the post and happy to help where ever they can. In short, they go above and beyond for our needs!!

I have worked in the King St offices for some time now and the Colony staff are excellent! The facilities are second to none and are even being upgraded and enhanced.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Colony.
