Stayed for 2 nights and had the best experience. Happy to say I understood why it is a 5 star hotel!! Every single staff we interacted with were so friendly, accommodating and helpful, from the receptionist to the kitchen catering staff. The kitchen staff were always ensuring we were well taken care of. Thanks to Salem for making sure our dietary needs were met.
Lovely stay, gym and sauna were excellent. Breakfast was great - thanks Selim who was our server.

Currently staying at this hotel tonight really poor service we booked this as it was five stars for our anniversary we were promised an upgrade there was no upgrade no mini bar when promised when querying this with the manager he wasnt accommodating and understanding but argumentive and abrupt I’ve stayed in better four star hotels that are really accommodating this hotel isn’t five stars management are rude and misleading I wouid stay away there is nothing here that you couldn’t get at a premier inn save your money!!!!
Stayed for a night recently, staff very friendly and good location. The room left a lot to be desired, not what I’d expect of a 5 star hotel. The room was tired, dusty and there was a hole in the bathtub ceramic. One glass bottle of tap water as well which looked like it could easily be refilled and re-sealed. It was fine but for the price you’d expect it to be spotless. Wouldn’t stay again.
