I recently stayed at The Edwardian Manchester, and it truly exceeded expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff at the reception set the tone for a seamless stay, ensuring check-in was swift and offering helpful recommendations throughout my visit. The hotel’s interiors are stunning—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with a subtle heritage charm that reflects Manchester’s culture. My room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with every amenity needed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the overall attention to detail in the room setup showed a clear focus on guest experience. One of the highlights was the hotel’s wellness facilities. The spa and pool area offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The gym was well-equipped and maintained to a high standard. From the moment we checked in, Zayna was extremely professional and helpful. She handled our special requests perfectly and guided us with recommendations for great places and restaurants in Manchester. On top of that, she was very polite, and very flexible and supportive during our checkout. This kind of service truly leaves a wonderful impression on guests and gives the hotel an excellent reputation regardless of anything else.

We Have had a fabulous stay, we have only stayed for 1 night but the service at the hotel has been fantastic. Bashar at reception was very helpful and attentive and looked after us very well. He is a credit to the hotel as he goes out of his way for the guests, not only us but I also noticed this with other guests. Zayna was also lovely and took some pics for us by the hotel Xmas tree. I would definitely stay here again not only due to the hotel being nice but the service also being fantastic.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
