Love, love, love coming into the Spring Gardens office everyday! The smiles and chats before I hike up the stairs to level 5, and then the continued chats on level 5 are the BEST.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff and comfortable work space
Lovely place to come to work. Modern building, nice facilities and community feel with regular events to encourage that. Support staff super accommodating and friendly - Sharon, Gabi and Ross are legends and always welcome with a smile :-) Would recommend for anyone needing a good building slap bang in the middle of good transport links from Victoria and Piccadilly!
My experience at colony has been extremely positive. Especially because of the work of Sharon Lee who has been exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Always making sure our needs are met and sorting any issues as soon as they arise. I couldn’t recommend Colony and Sharon enough.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Colony.
