We have been tenants of Open Space for 4.5 years now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. We are extremely happy here. The Open Space team have become friends and are extremely quick to help when we need anything. We absolutely love the rural setting of the building and parking is always a breeze. What was essential for us when moving to Open Space was the need for 24hr access, good parking, and fast internet, as well as having direct intercoms for when clients visit us. Clients always comment on how lovely and well-kept the offices are, and how easy it was to get to us.
After the pandemic, we sought a centralised office space that offered convenient motorway access for clients while providing a more rural setting for staff wellbeing. The Open Space location just outside of Leigh Sinton was ideal for this. As our company has grown, we’ve had the flexibility to expand our rented space. The inclusive cost, covering bills, cleaning services and more, has been a significant benefit, simplifying our administration and expenses.
We've had an office for 18 months now. The whole office experience has a premium feel and the staff enjoy coming to work, especially as it's easy to park. The Open Space team look after us well and are always on hand if we need anything. Knowing all the bills are covered has also been a bonus with no need to track what would be extras in many other offices. All the heat, light, internet and the like are sorted.
