I rented a hotdesk at Malton Office Centre for a day when I needed a quiet place to work. Superb setup - large desk, quiet workspace, quick wifi, lots of sockets, warm and well lit. There was even a spare monitor for me to connect to. Easy to find, lots of parking, tea/coffee facilities and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this as a hotdesk location and will definitely use again.

There was a distinct lack of communication from the landlord. For example I was not informed that I was paying for phone line. I wasn't billed until later on and it just happened to wipe out my deposit! Furthermore even though I paid my rent on time every month the landlord basically pushed us out ringing to ask us if we wanted to leave? It really was an awful experience renting an office from here.
