THANKYOU for a memorable, and special birthday break, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Aneta at Village Hotel Maidstone. Aneta made my birthday break one too remember, she is an outstanding member of the Maidstone Village Hotel team, always offering exemplary customer service, with genuine kindness. THANKYOU. Our room was lovely and clean and comfy for our stay. We had dinner in the Village Grill bar/ restaurant, the team were friendly, and welcoming, a special shout out goes out to Aaron in the bar, who helped me with my many drinks to my room, offering excellent customer service throughout and Aaron was really knowledgeable about the new menu, which was much appreciated. THANKYOU Aaron for making my birthday stay so special. Another shout out goes to Bailey, offering excellent customer service in the restaurant, always helpful. Thankyou Bailey for making our stay so great. At breakfast, great poached eggs THANKYOU chef, and a THANKYOU to the breakfast team Maidstone.

Had a great evening in the Bar & grill playing the interactive darts and having some food. Aaron was super helpful and very friendly would recommend 👍🏼

Tried the new Asian inspired menu. Waited ages for my order (way over acceptable) but it was good to have something different here as the old menu has been around too long. Some old favourites are still on it. I have to say that the appetiser sharing bowl was pretty tasty. Main dish (prawn noodles) looked great and was great with exception of a bit too much salt in it. Ayeisha was helpful with getting my food for me finally so it was a happy ending.
