I recently used Armadillo Self Storage in Macclesfield and was really impressed with the level of customer service I received. From my first enquiry right through to getting my unit sorted, everything was explained clearly and made very straightforward. I want to give a special mention to Pam on the customer service desk, who was genuinely outstanding. She was friendly, professional and patient, taking the time to go through all the options and make sure I had the right size unit for my needs. Pam answered all my questions, helped me understand the access and security procedures, and made the paperwork quick and easy. It’s clear that Armadillo prides itself on being helpful and making storage as simple and stress‑free as possible, and Pam really embodied that. The facility is clean, well‑organised and easy to access, and I felt confident that my belongings were in safe hands.
