Originally booked for 6 of us to stay with a party for extra guests. Not a problem she said this can be added on later. So far £660 to a company not called Jason Works or Our Neighbourhood 🚩 Went for a viewing and discussed the party with her. She had an extremely bad attitude. Asked me for how many, I said approximately 50. She replied this would be £500 on top & £1000 damaged deposit. Then when I got home changed this to £500 for 40 and if I wanted 50 was £750. 🚩 I then asked her to invoice for just 40. At this point she then changed it again to £500 plus vat (£600.) But if I pay cash she can wavier the VAT. 🚩 I stupidly agreed to this. Very strange behaviour going forward. Ignoring all my calls, voicemais, text, and emails for the following weeks. 🚩 Causing me a lot of stress and forcing me to look for an alternative venue & loosing my money already paid. To sum up £2160 for 6 people to stay and a party for 40 including the damage deposit that I'm pretty sure I'd never get back. My advice save yourself the stress, money and avoid. Update, despite me trying for weeks to make contact, within 10 minutes of posting this review she was ringing and texting me with some rubbish excuse about being on holiday and in meetings. Then a few hours later 3 new "mysterious" 5 star reviews from low or 1st time reviwer's. Make of that what you will. 😳🚩🚩🚩 Also check out the shocking reviews on trip advisor.

Hired a venue for my daughters 25th birthday at the Jason works apartment and it turned out great. The space is great and the staff are easy to communicate with and really helpful & polite. My daughter and her friends loved the location!

What a great company and great venues, I’ve hired venues from our neighbourhood a couple of times for both parties and events and they never fails to amaze me!! I’ve also attended other events at our neighbourhood locations. The spaces are amazing and can be used for so many different types of events. I’ll definitely be using their spaces again, customer for life!

Hired the Jason works apartment for a party, was an amazing space to host at. Staff were great with organising and accommodating. Would 100% recommend and stay again x

Great place with amazing decor
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Our Neighbourhood, who is more than happy to help out.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Our Neighbourhood.
