I stayed at crown plaza Kingston for 5 nights In terms of rooms - with maintenance work going on - it was a poor experience. One Lift has not been functioning for long time I understood Room is small and windows covered . Breakfast also not good ! Even coffee is poor Only good part was Vishal - front desk- who took pain for me to somehow move me to a better room and as helpful through out I am a loyal platinum elite member I felt IHG crown plaza Kingston really need to improve

Not the best experience our room window had obscure glass so we couldn't see out as scaffolding was erected, we were not told this before visiting. Room didn't get cleaned properly even after we returned and told reception we got no bed made and no clean glasses, we had to use previous days wet towels as the room had not been cleaned by 5.30 and we needed to get ready for the evening. The worst Crowne plaza we have stayed at. We got £20 for parking as an apology, they didn't really care

Absolutely shocking to learn that a mother and daughter's safety was put at risk by incompetent night staff giving their room access to two men in the middle of the night. She complained both immediately, and the following morning to be met with a nonchalant excuse of a glitch in the system. And they refused to refund her! However, this issue occurred only 6 months ago, according to Seb Williams review. Its clearly an incompetent staff issue. I will never stay in a Crown Plaza again until they fully refund her and make an official apology!
