an hour and a half extra wait on a 3pm checkin and no communication on what was going on until I said I wasnt going to leave the desk until they give me a clear answer. Hotel manager sorted it (immediately) but first point of contact was totally incompetent The bar experience was also kind of weird It's very low standards all round and quite expensive. This deserves a much lower rating

Modern rooms although cramped (especially bathroom). Parking behind is a bit of a walk and very cramped with a no so pleasant road to walk up. Restaurant service is very bad, no drinks available, 1 person running around.

I have stayed at many Crown Plaza Hotels as a coach driver but think this is worst I have ever stayed at. Only one lift working, gents bathroom unclean, also a lot of uncleaned corridors, went to the restaurant to order food burger and chips, burger came pink in the middle so under cooked sent it back next burger came it was cooked but very chewy seems they don't have a clue what they are doing so sad coz this hotel group got really good hotels
