The building from inside is nice & clean with well managed facilities like cafe, lifts, toilets etc but the outside area is neither clean nor a nice. Certainly not earning a good name for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. I am sure they need to take serious action to make the outside area as presentable & clean. Public transport links, tube & buses are available frequently with Saintsbury's, tesco, eatries and off license are there. Not sure about any library around though.
