A useful and generally pleasant place, with a professional feel and a good sense of activity around it. It comes across as a practical location, especially for work related visits, meetings or appointments. The main positives are that it feels established and has a clear purpose as a working building. It is the sort of place that does what it needs to do without feeling overly formal or difficult to use. That said, parts of the experience could feel a little smoother. Depending on why you are visiting, clearer information, easier navigation and a slightly more polished overall feel would make a difference. It is not a bad place at all, but there is room for improvement. I would use The Shepherds Building again if I needed to visit, and I would recommend it as a practical option, while noting that the overall experience could be improved.
