Location of the Studio is very good it’s very close to the DLR station. The studio is in a lovely building. Photos are absolutely beautiful. Staff are lovely, friendly and very very helpful.
The only downside to this is that when they book the appointment with you, they don’t tell you that there is a possibility you will need to pay. Which I find misleading because they are asking people to pay £300 or £600 on the spot. In this economy how many people have that kind of money sitting around in their account? Not many if you ask me. They should make this very clear before they book the appointments. They did not tell me I have to pay for the photos however you’ve been put in a position where you feel like you have to do so, you either pay or it’s a waste of time and journey.
They recommend you to some very dodgy agency when they give you those agency please go and view the review of the agency. You will not regret viewing the reviews. The reviews of one particular one they gave me was absolutely disgusting when she called me and I ask her about the review. She cursed me out and she talk about she’s busy and all this. She don’t even have an office she is a fraud so make sure you do your homework by reviewing those contacts they gave you.
Overall, it was a lovely experience and I love the photos, because they took some amazing photos of my baby boy and that I have no regrets.
