Love workspace! Our office has been at fuel tank for over a year, and the whole fuel tank team are fab. Gigi is super helpful and kind & knows everyone! We feel very informed & well taken care of!

The roof has been leaking in several places for many (!) years, and Fueltank have failed to fix it. We have reported the issue repeatedly over an extended period, yet it remains unresolved. Despite ongoing emails and follow-ups, there has been no meaningful progress in addressing what is a basic maintenance responsibility. Ongoing water ingress is not a minor issue, and allowing it to persist for this long raises serious concerns about how maintenance matters are handled more generally. The lack of accountability and urgency has been extremely disappointing. After years of trying to resolve this, it’s difficult to have confidence in their ability to deal with issues properly. Important to note that our unit is not the only one that is leaking and there are several with the same issue.

Overall it’s very good and Karena who is the fuel tank manager is an absolute delight. Super helpful and always goes out her way to help. Can’t praise her enough. Cafe staff lovely too.

The meeting room I booked had unreliable WiFi. I complained to the desk about this but they told me to connect do a different WiFi source that did not exist. Non existent tech support. This unreliable WiFi meant I had to postpone an important meeting. I would recommend anyone to find a different workspace to book meetings in if you have important business to attend to.
