Amazing customer service from Drilon

So easy to find once you take the right way from Stratford station! Took just over 10mins to walk there. Staff were very helpful, I think the guys name was Drillon, he did say Dillon with an R. Clean room, and how strange to have a little kitchen, absolutely loved it. Free pastries and coffee in the morning was most welcome. Definitely would stay again.

This really is a gem of a find in London. Super affordable and very comfortable. Rooms are immaculate and have everything you could want. Staff are also super friendly. Great location too

We stayed 2 nights here in a Neo Studio and althought it's quite small it has all the facilities you'd expect from a fully-equipped apartment: fridge, fitted microwave, hob, sink and tap, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and cutlery set. The only annoying thing about the room is that the aircon unit was too noisy when it's on. The room was very warm without it even in November so we had to turn on the AC to keep the temp in the room to be around 20 deg C. They don't serve breakfast but you get free coffee 24/7 and free croissants in the morning in the lobby. There is a small cafe where you can buy snacks as well as basic essentials and ready-to-eat food to cook in your own room. There are plenty of places to sit and work in the lobby area and there is also a separate 'office-space' room for those who need to do serious work. They have a small but very clean and safe underground carpark that's accessible using your room card-key and it's locked the whole time except to get in and out. We were happy to pay extra for the safety and security for our car during our stay. Will be happy to stay here again or other branches of Roomzzz in the rest of the country.

A group of 7 of us stayed here on Friday for x2 nights. I couldnt reccommend it enough, it was absolutely spotless and the staff couldnt have been nicer to us. The rooms had everything that we needed. A few of the members of the group have even looked at booking again!!
