Gorgeous co-working space in West London! I’ve visited so many co-working spaces around London but this is one of my favourites!! They even have a free matcha setup - for other matcha lovers out there! 💛
I hired a meeting room at Venture X for three days and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms are modern, spacious and equipped with great technology, making them perfect for productive meetings. However, what really stood out was the level of service. Marcel and Maya were both exceptional. They made everyone feel genuinely welcome, paid attention to every detail and consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, warmth and meticulous approach made a real difference to the overall experience. Great facilities and great technology, but even better service. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend Venture X to anyone looking for a premium meeting space.
Maya and Marcel are so welcoming and helpful, I've never really had any issues in the time I've been here but they fix little things when I need. Great environment to work, secure and comfortable. Discounts at Westfield and lots of new people to meet. Great place to grow a business. I think the music is great and the breakfasts are busy but always lots available ❤️
The coworking space has gone downhill since Olivia left. The new reception team puts out half the breakfast order for the people in the coworking space (far fewer options of pastries and those they have are now always stale, less fruit) even though on Thursdays there is now not enough to go around for the people paying to use the space and to receive breakfast. They then keep the other berries and yoghurt in the fridge for their own breakfasts throughout the week. They also seem to be slow to replace things like the gas in the sparkling water. Events are changed or postponed with little notice, and are nowhere near as good as they used to be. The music is also now repetitive, playing the same selection of songs multiple times a day. Joanna (the cleaner) is fantastic and so friendly.
Went to Venture X for a day pass and I’ve been extremely happy with the space. Great facilities, internet, views and areas to work from. Also been welcomed by 2 lovely persons upon arrival, smile and good vibes which have set the tone for a great day. Will definitely come back, Thank you, Olivier
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Venture X, who is more than happy to help out.
At Venture X - White City, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Venture X.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
