Located opposite Customs House and Old Billingsgate market is Us\&Co Monument. We offer Fixed Desks, Hot Desks and Private Offices all for a **single monthly charge**. Our rates are all inclusive with **no hidden costs**, **no deposit required for hot deskers/fixed desks**, and **flexible terms**.

Located on the top floor is the ClubSpace with central coffee bar, outdoor terrace and breathtaking views over the City of London and the Thames, this space will really has the wow factor.

On arrival please sign in at our reception desk. Our receptionist will be able to help you. All access cards must be returned to a member of the team before leaving; all lost passes will be charged at �25+VAT- For meeting room bookings, please contact the team for help with your request- Visitors are not permitted but we are happy to look at a case-by-case basis and the team will need to be informed; no guests under 16- Members must be considerate towards other members and leave the facilities as found; dishwashers are provided

Really fantastic space. The team a43 really friendly, helpful and make using their space incredibly easy. We used a private office for the day where we had great desks, proper chairs and plenty of plugs. We also had plenty of meetings rooms, informal space and a kitchen. highly recommend!
