The reception and operations teams are consistently helpful, welcoming, and highly proactive in accommodating a variety of requests. Their greatest strength is their willingness to be flexible with last-minute changes to meeting room setups, booking durations, and handling sometimes complex logistics. This level of supportive service makes managing our varied needs seamless and stress-free. Furthermore, the physical space is excellent. It is well-equipped, and the facilities are well maintained. We particularly value the flexibility in terms of how we can use the space, allowing us to adapt the layout and use of the rooms to suit different meeting sizes from 2 to 40! Highly recommended environment!

I came there for a meeting with one of the office. I came with my husband & kids. When I came and enquired at the reception they asked me to wait in the lobby. After that the officer came and took me to the office in upstairs. So meanwhile my husband & kids waited downstairs in the lobby. When I came back my husband told me that the reception staffs (1 female & 1 male) behaved rudely to my kids. We don’t know that, kids are not allowed in the building. We can’t put them alone in home and come. If the kids are not allowed there they should have inform us while we came in. But they didn’t tell us. Afterwards the lady at the reception kicked my daughters out. So we went outside and my daughter sat on the window space outside. Afterwards again they came out and told us don’t sit outside also, we have to go from there. My heart was broken. I don’t know why they did this to my small kids. They can tell us politely that kids are not allowed. Really that incident was not acceptable..

We are extremely happy with the office, and I am especially pleased with the reception team. Everyone is kind and helpful, but I would like to give a special thank you Dovile. She is always incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist never go unnoticed. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by her, and she truly makes a difference in the day. A big, big thank you to Dovile for her outstanding work and the positive energy she brings!

The management at this office space is utterly horrendous. Instead of focusing on managing the building and maintaining the facilities, they seem more intent on micromanaging individuals. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially when you’re just trying to run and succeed in your small business. While the exterior and location may seem promising, the atmosphere inside is completely different—unwelcoming and nerve-wracking. The management talks down to tenants, making you feel like you’re unwanted. Small, petty criticisms like asking why you’re preparing your lunch at lunchtime or questioning where you place your cup are constant sources of frustration. Additionally, basic maintenance duties are neglected. Toilets are unbelievably dirty, communal kitchen areas are always out of essentials like cups and glasses, and cleaners disturb tenants by attempting to clean during lunch—the busiest time of the day. This space had potential, but sadly, the reality is far from expectations. If you’re considering this place for your business, JUST AVOID IT.
