Our company has a virtual address at Blackwell House and I pop in occasionally to pick up our mail. Every time I visit, I am warmly greeted by the lovely ladies at reception, Elizabeth and Aisha. Always professional, very helpful and a joy to see them. Thanks so much ladies.

Blackwell house has a unique charm. It does need a bit of a paint in the common areas, but the meeting room I worked in today was clean, fresh and very comfortable. Crucially it was quiet and private. The WiFi was excellent as was the heating (old building!). The stand out was Elizabeth and Aisha who were excellent hosts. This is a great central London City location. Sadly (and this is really my only gripe) no ‘real’ coffee, Cafetière coffee on offer would have given you 5 stars! Thank you for looking after us so well today, I really appreciate how seamless the meeting organisation was.

The team at Blackwell House have been great from the moment we moved in. We have been made to feel very welcome. The team ensure all our needs are continually taken care of. Their knowledge of the area and facilities has been so useful to help us settle in. We could not have asked for a better start in our new home here - even our clients have commented on the friendly reception team.

Working at Blackwell House has been a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the City making it incredibly convenient for us to commute to and for us to meet our clients. Our office is stylish, well-maintained, and provides a professional yet welcoming environment for both my team and our visitors.

However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with UBC.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with UBC, who is more than happy to help out.
