Very poor booking and management experience. I wouldn’t recommend booking here unless it’s your only option. I experienced multiple issues throughout the booking process. My booking was overbooked with no communication, I never received a confirmation email or message, and I was told on different occasions that they don’t hire out equipment, only to later find out they do. The staff seemed to have no idea what was going on, with different people giving completely different information. When I tried to resolve the issues, some staff members were rude and argumentative instead of being helpful. The worst part was arriving to find the lobby full of people who had simply walked in because my booking had apparently been “forgotten” and never uploaded to their system. The whole experience was disorganised, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend booking here unless you’re desperate.
