I wanted to share our firms experience at Landmark 99 Bishopsgate as I think it’s important when excellent service is recognised. Aga has been our client experience manager and has been exceptional from day one and a key factor in us deciding to stay with Landmark. Approachable, solutions focused, organised and reliable are some of the traits she personally demonstrates but also cascades down to other members of her team. As a long term tenant of 99 Bishopsgate I wanted to express how well the building is managed. Aga and her team are always on hand to help and they do so with a smile. All queries are answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. This high level quality of service allows me to concentrate on running my own business knowing that Aga will have the office operating smoothly and effectively, and that means i have one less thing to worry about. It is all much appreciated.

At the reception the nicest bloke ever, George, helped me to connect to Wifi. And I'm on Linux. Amazingly helpful guy. Also very uncrowded office space for a Thursday afternoon, love it. Every member is so nice and poshy.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Landmark Space.
