We offer hotdesking at The Paxton Centre from Monday to Friday in a vibrant yet chilled environment.
Our co-working space covers 2 floors with 6 desks on our mezzanine and an additional 3 tables in our main space. All desks upstairs have electric points with USB sockets and access to plug sockets downstairs.
When you arrive, come to the coffee shop desk and you will be allocated a desk.

Excellent coffee and lots of great local art to buy!
One would have hoped that you could visit this venue for an enjoyable evening watching what is alleged to be a comedy event. The reality, that is on record with the owner, is that in front of a sold out audience what you actually get is unprovoked, intolerable and unjustified aggression and abuse, mostly from male "comedians" directed towards a single female customer. On speaking to both the owner of the centre and and the organiser of event about the issue it was falsely inferred that the single female made inappropriate comments towards the comedians in an effort to deflect responsibility. It is abhorrent behaviour and consequently makes the centre an unsafe space in which to spend time. Nobody should go for a night out and be so verbally attacked that they and leave physically shaking.
I had vegan dishes there, and they tasted heavenly. The atmosphere was lovely, and the people there were very friendly as well. I had a great time and will definitely visit again.

I have not had food, but had drinks with a group of people we were looked after they moved tables to accommodate us.very pleasant experience. They have art gallery and pottery going on in the cafe very interesting, you should try them out.
