Loved my day at The Ministry London! Such a beautiful, inspiring space to work from with a great atmosphere and everything you need for a productive day. We also stayed for their private members’ summer party, which was the perfect way to unwind after work. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐

I visited the Ministry as part of a large group at an event being held there. I was very underwhelmed by the experience that I had in the venue. The staff behind the bar looked almost annoyed whenever we asked for a drink, almost furious when we asked for a Diet Coke. The service was generally quite slow, with lots of staff loitering around but none actually serving (they knew how many people were attending, so you’d think they’d staff accordingly). The bar had ran out of a lot of drinks by 6:30pm (IPA for example and some cocktail ingredients). I was slightly annoyed by the digital signage in the garden. I visited in late June and their digital signal (aka a tv screen showing a PowerPoint) was still advertising events that had happened 3 weeks previous. This lack of care I felt was echoed through out the venue. Conscious this is a place “to be seen” - however I am not sure that translates to a quality establishment. Several of our party commented afterwards that we would no longer consider booking the spaces for future private parties/events (though maybe we are not the clientele they want)

Very good workspace with a friendly and helpful community. Edward helped me set up my membership, which was very convenient, fast, and easy. Communication was smooth throughout the process. The Ministry is a great place to work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a workspace with welcoming and trustworthy people.

Ilenia was absolutely wonderful to work with. She supported us before and during our event at The Ministry in Borough, and helped make the whole organisation feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. She was responsive, easy to speak to, and a real pleasure to work with. We felt very well looked after and would be very happy to host more events there in the future. Thank you, Ilenia!
