• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with The Energy Institute.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The Energy Institute may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at The Energy Institute? How about for a day or a month?

  At The Energy Institute, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  The Energy Institute is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
