After living for more than one year here I think I can finally give my advice for other people: find other building in the area if you can. The rent it’s the higher around Stratford, they say you’ll get amenities… and you do. To a certain extent. Every week or so either the bin shute it’s not working or there’s no water, or no hot water. Or then last year we had a fire in the building and they simply don’t know how to help residents or maybe just don’t care. It’s a mess, honestly. The basics simply don’t work. And more recently that’s including security and safety here! A lot of police coming to the buildings, no explanation, people invading the balconies of the new buildings, doors left open and no maintenance action, fob access to the lifts not working and etc. again, as I said: the basic don’t work. And it’s very frustrating to pay A LOT of money and not even having hot water to take a shower regularly.

Cannot recommend enough the maintenance team from Coppermaker Square! They kindly volunteered their time and top skills to refresh, redecorate and update our premises in The Well centre in East Ham. Attention to detail and pure joy when carrying out the work is unmatched. The team proactively looked for more maintenance needs of our premises - and we received from them more than we asked for. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Signature.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Signature, who is more than happy to help out.
