Today, I visited Saunders House, 52‑53 The Mall, London W5 3TA to collect my certificate and was directed to the second floor. Upon entering, I encountered Raj Sanghera, a reception staff member, whose behaviour was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
When I politely asked him to speak respectfully, he responded, “If you come here again, do not speak to me. You are rude.” Such behaviour is completely unacceptable, particularly from a staff member at reception who represents the company to visitors.
I also researched and confirmed that this building is directly managed by The Boutique Workplace Company, and such behaviour reflects very poorly on the company.
Being in a managerial or authoritative role does not give anyone the right to mistreat or demean others. Professionalism, respect, and courtesy should always be expected from all staff, especially those representing the company’s image.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and it clearly reflects poorly on the standards of the building’s management.
